The following athletes competed at the LSU High School Indoor Classic at LSU on Jan. 10th. Freshman Kristian Jackson was named outstanding female field athlete for her 1st Place throw in the Girls Shot Put. She won with a school record of 40 feet and 3 inches.
Janie O’Connor won 1st Place in the 60 Meter Dash with a time of 7.64. That time is #1 in the state. The girls 4 x 200 Meter Relay team of Dakota Williams, Janie O’Connor, Kiara Bethley and Laquea Schiele placed 2nd. Darryl Anderson finished 2nd in the High Jump to pace the boys team.
